Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Job Location: Remote
Expected Contract Length/Duration: 6 months potential conversion

Position Overview:
Were seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic Public Affairs Solutions team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical delivery and establish architectural patterns for cloudbased solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce development initiatives (Sales Cloud and Pardot)
- Establish technical roadmaps and design patterns
- Perform code reviews and maintain development guidelines
- Partner with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring
- Manage incident response and service requests
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree in STEM or equivalent experience
- Advanced Salesforce development expertise
- Strong programming skills in common languages
- Independent work capability with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills:
- Multilanguage programming expertise (Java JavaScript Python)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS Azure Google Cloud)
- Salesforce configuration and Apex development
- CI/CD tooling experience
- Project infrastructure management
