Job Description:
Responsibilities
-
Collaborate with Engineering Product and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
-
Customize Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce technologies.
-
Participate in the design development testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
-
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects fields workflows process builder validation rules Flows and other declarative features.
-
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration customization and integration.
-
Keep uptodate with Salesforce best practices new features and technologies.
-
Document technical solutions processes and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
10 years of handson Salesforce development experience
-
Experience in leading development teams and mentoring other developers.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
-
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models governor limits and performance optimization techniques
-
Handson experience with Salesforce APIs web services and integration patterns in Salesforce
-
Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows triggers and batch processes
-
Handson experience in Apex SOQL and SOSLJavaScript CSS and HTML
-
Mastery of Visualforce Lightning Web Components and Aura Components
-
Expertise in version control systems (i.e. Git)
-
Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX Visual Studio Code Salesforce CLI and/or other thirdparty DevOps tools and continuous integration.

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
