Responsibilities include supporting Brokerage Cash Management products online platforms and general accountrelated inquiries. The role demands accuracy efficiency and consistent performance in meeting key metrics.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to service inquiries on Brokerage accounts.
- Provide support for Brokerage products services and online/mobile platforms.
- Ensure accuracy and meet performance metrics consistently.
- Adapt to a fastpaced teamoriented financial service center.
Preferred Qualifications: - College degree or previous contact center experience preferred.
