Job Description
Location: Marysville CA
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: $2771 per week
Duration: 13 weeks start ASAP
Reporting to: Director of Rehabilitation Services
Responsibilities: Assessing patients physical conditions developing individualized treatment plans implementing physical therapy interventions patient education monitoring and documenting progress collaborating with interdisciplinary team maintaining compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California experience in postacute or rehabilitation setting excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to work independently and as part of a team commitment to ongoing professional development CPR certification (preferred).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move patients equipment and supplies prolonged periods of standing walking and performing physical therapy interventions manual dexterity and strength.
