Job Description
Position Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Fairbanks AK
Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift Information:
- Shift Options: 5 days with 8hour shifts or 4 days with 10hour shifts day shift
- Weekend Requirement: As needed
- Oncall Requirement: As needed
- Holiday Requirement: As needed
Start Date: ASAP (onboarding process takes approximately 58 weeks)
Compensation:
- Base Hourly Pay: $44.09 $70.54 based on years of experience
- SignOn Bonus: Twoyear completion bonus incentive

Job Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating patients functional abilities and limitations to determine the need for intervention.
- Establishing a comprehensive plan of care and setting treatment goals that are functional measurable and patientrelated.
- Completing a thorough evaluation within the departments established timeframe and prioritizing key limiting factors.
- Collaborating with patients and their families/caregivers to set appropriate treatment goals.
- Implementing individualized treatment plans that consider patients physical social spiritual cultural educational and agespecific needs.
- Providing skilled treatment in a safe manner and initiating discharge planning including recommending modifications to referring orders when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Licensure: Must hold or be able to obtain an Alaska state license prior to starting.
- Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support)
