Job Title: Assistant MIS & Costing Manager
Experience: 5 years (in an MIS or Costing role with experience in a supervisory capacity preffered).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
o Assist in preparing budgets forecasts and financial models.
o Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and potential areas for
improvement.
o Prepare periodic reports on financial performance for management review.
2. Cost Control and Optimization:
o Analyze expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
o Assist in managing company expenses within approved budgets.
o Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation.
3. Internal Controls:
o Maintain and improve financial policies and procedures.
o Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
o Conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to financial protocols.
4. Systems and Tools Management:
o Use financial software to manage transactions reports and data analysis.
o Recommend and implement tools or upgrades to improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
o Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (essential).
o Masters degree or professional certification (CWA or Inter) is a plus.
Skills:
o Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
o Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Tally SAP QuickBooks or
similar).
o Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
o High attention to detail and accuracy.
