What youll do & learn
In a context of hypergrowth the objective of the job is to remove bottlenecks by streamlining operations and internal alignment. Based on identified priorities through performance analysis you will work with different teams to improve processes and internal collaboration. Examples of missions include (not exhaustive list):
Strategy
Identification of company bottlenecks through continuous performance analysis
Identification and updates of quarterly OKRs (Objective Key Results)
Coordination of workshops with external senior advisors
Creation and update of performance dashboards per teams
HR
Streamlining of recruitment processes
Leveraging existing tools to automate repetitive tasks
Marketing
Conducting market research (macro and interviews) to identify new market opportunities
Customer Operations
Tracking of customer operations activities per topic
Building templates to streamline deployments
Packaging of postdeployment services
Sales
Coordination with Sales team on the selling of postdeployment services
You will report to the VP of Strategy & Internal Operations and work with teams across the company to gain a 360 view of the business.

What you embody
- Graduated from a top Business or Engineering school
- Entrepreneurial you are not afraid to build the future from scratch
- Analytical you are proficient with Excel and able to simplify complex situations to identify and focus on what matters most
- Team player and personable you collaborate easily with other team members
- Structured and organized you are autonomous in your work
- Detail oriented you are reliable in the quality of your work and respect of deadlines
- Communication: you are able to convey efficiently a message
- High energy and strong drive you want to learn and focus on impact
- Fluent in French and English (verbal & written)
