Job Description
Job Title: Dev Ops Engineer Lead
Location: McLean VA (Hybrid)
Duration: Approximately 12 months
Experience Requirement: At least 7 years in relevant field
Technical Skills: SRE AWS Golang Python Full Stack Docker Observability
Team: Core (enterprise servicing team) focusing on an internal platform for batch processing of customer data
Key Responsibilities: SRE practices reliability observability resiliency
MustHave Skills: Proficiency in Go and Python experience with observability tools like New Relic Splunk Observe
Optional Skills: Scala Automation testing
Desired Mindset: Reliability and operational focus ability to identify potential system failures and focus on platform quality measures
Role Details: This role will be an extension of the development team with a focus on giving the development team time to work on feature development.
Preference: Former Capital One employees preferred
