Position: Junior Receptionist (Russian Speaking)

Your Role:
As a Junior Receptionist you will be the face of RIUs legendary hospitality ensuring our guests first and lasting impressions are exceptional. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a renowned global brand while showcasing your language proficiency and customer service excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcomes & Fond Farewells: Greet and assist guests with checkin checkout and throughout their stay delivering the high level of service expected at a fivestar allinclusive hotel.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage room assignments reservations and changes efficiently to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Financial Transactions: Accurately process guest payments deposits and billing in accordance with company procedures.
- Hotel & Local Expertise: Share information about hotel facilities activities and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve guest requests and ensure smooth daytoday operations.
- Maintain RIU Standards: Uphold the organization and presentation of the reception area while following RIUs quality standards.
What Were Looking For
- Customer Service Passion: Previous experience in front office or customerfacing roles preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are an advantage).
- Professional Communication: Polished verbal and written communication skills with a warm approachable demeanor.
- Organizational Excellence: Ability to multitask prioritize and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with front office systems hotel software and administrative tools.
- Proactive Problem Solver: A positive solutionfocused attitude to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
