Job Description
Jr. Business Data Analyst
Based out of NJ and available to be on site three days a week in New Brunswick NJ
- Understanding of software development lifecycle process (SDLC) and agile (i.e. Scrum SAFe Kanban) methodologies including supporting tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically to resolve problems prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical partners and to lead and empower teams set the vision drive technology strategy and roadmap and build positive relationships.
- Ability to work with multifunctional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget across global time zones.
- Identify and capture detailed user requirements
- Knowledge of Data warehouses Data Lakes Knowledge of Databricks AWS and Azure.
- Ability to assemble analyze and evaluate data and to be able to make appropriate and wellreasoned recommendations and decisions to the Business stakeholders and the Project Team
- Excellent analytic skills associated with working on unstructured and structured datasets.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve results in a fastpaced environment
- DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Business Ideals/Preference:
- CDL or EDW background
- Quality Background (GxP Agile Methodology)
- Sspecific source system/data structures of Quality Systems knowledge LIMS NC CAPA Audit systems such as Trackwise Comet Curve PQMS Summit ETQ Instict
