Job Description
Job Title: Cath Lab Specialist (Allied)
Location: Rochester NY 14617
Pay Rate: $80/hr Depending on experience.
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Shift: 10hr Day
Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment (e.g. fluoroscopy hemodynamic monitoring).
- Monitor and document patient vitals during procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure informed consent is obtained.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality care.
- Maintain a sterile field and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or certification in Cardiovascular Technology or related field.
- Cath Lab scrubbing experience required including structural.
- Proficiency in operating Cath Lab equipment.
- AHA BLS Certification is preferred
- ACLS certifications required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Does NOT accept locals within 75 miles!
