Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage accounting services for clients ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with clients in the construction and real estate sectors to address their unique accounting needs.
- Ensure effective internal controls and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and relationship management.
Qualifications
For Accounting Manager Candidates:
- 8 12 years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA certification required.
- Significant experience in the construction and/or real estate sectors.
Additional Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems commonly used in the construction and real estate industries.
Details
- Management team member who has 8 years in public accounting and private industry (Accounting Manager Assistant Controller Controller) preferred.
o 810 years of experience for Accounting Manager candidates
o 11 years of experience for Accounting Senior Manager candidates - This technologyoriented individual should have experience in multiple accounting software systems (low end to midlevel systems); next generation consultation experience; conversion experience ERP Remote access and Cloud applications a plus.
