Job Description
Saint Joseph Physician Network (SJPN) has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing practice located in Bourbon Indiana.
Job Description:
- Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or until all patients are seen.
- Call is 1:7 (phone call only)
- Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration
- Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal suturing and joint injections may be performed.
- Treating pediatrics to geriatrics
- Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner
- Average patient census per day is 1822
- Opportunities for teaching exist with St. Joseph Health System Family Medicine residents clinical teaching and supervision.
- Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
- May be required to maintain active membership status on the medical staff of SJHSSB and/or SJHSPly.
- EMR: Epic
- Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
- Not accepting Locums candidates
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

- 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and xx3000 for CME
- xx3000 per year for professional journals dues and memberships
Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
- IN license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- Active DEA (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccination REQUIRED
- Provider will be working with all ages must have experience working with pediatricsgeriatrics (note experience with all ages in Experience field) REQUIRED
- EPIC EMR knowledge HIGHLY PREFERRED
