Job Description:
- Practice Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient services
- Reason for Coverage: To support the team due to current staffing shortages
- Dates of Coverage: Starting January 6 2025
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Estimated Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 3045 days
- What is the patient per shift requirement
- We treat 1220 patients per day
- What are the average Follow Ups per day/week
- 6 per week
- What is the treatment plan that the facility is using
- Eclipse
- Average new/urgent consults per day/week
- 4 per week
Requirement description :
- Board Certified in Radiation Oncology Required
- Active NY license Required
- BLS ACLS Required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

- Board Certified
