Employment Type: Contract

Client is seeking a PeopleSoft eRecruit Subject Matter Expert IT Consultant to implement significant improvements to improve the applicant and HR staff user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The following responsibilities ensure that the eRecruit Subject Matter Expert will be able to bridge the gap between The Districts current PeopleSoft implementation and the desired future state while supporting ongoing system efficiency and user adoption:

  • Work closely with the Human Resources and other District Agencies in meeting their screening process requirements of external and internal applicants.
  • Perform a detailed fitgap analysis to identify discrepancies between the Districts current PeopleSoft 9.2 Talent Acquisition Manager and Candidate Gateway configuration and the desired features defined by stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison between HR and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements timelines and priorities for the talent acquisition system.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) and Candidate Gateway (CG) best practices to optimize recruitment workflows improve candidate experience and enhance HR efficiency while aligning to established and approved District policies procedures statutes or other requirements.
  • Configure and customize TAM and Candidate Gateway modules to meet the specific needs identified in the fitgap analysis while adhering to PeopleSoft best practices.
  • Design and execute unit system and user acceptance testing (UAT) and independent Software Quality Assurance testing (SQA) plans to ensure new configurations and customizations align with the Districts business requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to HR users recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure efficient use of new PeopleSoft features and customizations.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues within the PeopleSoft TAM and Candidate Gateway modules ensuring minimal disruption to recruitment operations.


Minimum Education/Certification Requirements :
Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
