Job Description
Reports to DVP Construction Management
Job location Bangalore (Alhali Nelamangala)
Experience 15 years must have exposure in industrial construction
Qualification BE Civil / PG in construction management preferred
Preferred the work experience from industrial Real Estate / Infrastructure construction Background
1. Should be well versed with Project Management technologies
2. Understanding of business risk and management
Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
End to end project management from start to delivery and handover
To direct and manage teams as per IS standards and processes
Responsible for daytoday site work progress quality safety and in line with the awarded scope
Manage all vendors consultants & other stakeholders on the project
To ensure that the work is carried out as per design drawing/specifications/ planned dates in schedule and as per awarded scope
Manage vendor billing process
Interact with project manager for clarification in design/RFI etc
Daily reporting to Sr. Engineer (Construction)/Project Manager about progress noncompliance delay in work
Conducting regular job site inspections
Monitoring work environment hazards
Assist in Quality and Safety Audits
Assist in necessary project documentation
Accurate inventory accounting at jobsite and ensuring the proper flow of supplies
Support finalization of billing break ups bill certification
Ensure work is carried out safely
Identify and report technical queries to field engineering
