Job Description
Hello All
We are seeking a motivated and resultsoriented Sales Agent to spearhead business development efforts in Texas. The ideal candidate is selfmotivated bilingual in English and Spanish and has a background in sales preferably in construction or metal manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FollowUp: Respond promptly and consistently to assigned leads nurturing interest and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Cold Prospecting: Identify and contact potential clients using various methods to generate new leads within Texas.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services to potential clients emphasizing competitive advantages.
- Quotation Management: Oversee project quotations by coordinating with engineering and production teams to deliver accurate competitive proposals.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide progress reports on sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience ideally in the construction or metal manufacturing sectors.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business or a related field.
- Attributes: Selfmotivated positive attitude trainable and resultsoriented.
- Other Requirements: Professional demeanor valid drivers license and knowledge of the Texas construction market.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with competitors and trends in the Texas construction industry.
- Proven ability to close commercial agreements and achieve sales targets.
