Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an Insurance Customer Service Trainee. The role involves assisting customers office tasks assisting account executives on various tasks.
A insurance license is NOT required but will anticipated within 90 days.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience 25 years
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customerfocused mindset
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Insurance property and casualty license within 90 days of employment.
