Job Description
Qualifications : Bachelor/masters degree in Computer Science or related field. Graduates with
Embedded testing / Test automation engineering background (using Python).
Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in testing domain with a minimum of 4 years in test
automation (predominantly Python) and 2 years in a lead role leading a Test automation team.
Required skills:
Affinity for quality attention to detail a sense of how to implement robust tests.
Proficiency in understanding and analyzing the requirements and developing tests.
Reviewing requirements change requests to existing requirements and ensuring test
coverage.
Perform effective regression analysis.
Strong test design and review skills Manage defects and test execution.
Experience creating or maintaining Test automation frameworks.
Proficiency in Python programming and code reviews; a passion for clean code.
Prior experience testing embedded devices using automated methods would be a plus.
Knowledge / exposure to ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Git CI/CD pipelines.
Strong exposure to Development life cycle and agile / scaled agile methodologies
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to the team.
Willingness to work in an international team across time zones.
Nice to have skills:
Hands on experience with Squish and UI automation for QT/QML.
Knowledge on QT/QML modules
Prior experience with C# coding
Knowledge of Analytical weighing / Laboratory domain
