ROLES- Proven track record in calling with a credible background.
- Ability to make calls daily to handle inquiries effectively.
- Able to handle HNI clients effectively.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
- Aim to convert inquiries into showroom visits through effective communication.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain its reputation.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to potential clients.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize calling and WhatsApp engagement strategies.
- Exceptional English language proficiency with polished speaking skills.
- Strong communication skills with clarity in speech.
- Proficient in engaging customers on WhatsApp.
- Strong follow up skills required.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 3 4 years prior industry related business development experience
- Focused and goaloriented
- Prior experience in a reputable organization in Interior Architecture Luxury Furniture Premium Realty is preferred.
