Job Description

Job Title: Parts Incharge
Key Responsibilities:

Order Planning:
o
Collect parts orders from sites and check local dealer systems for stock availability and back orders.
o
Raise purchase orders and submit original documents to finance for payment processing to achieve 100% parts availability.

Customer Requirement Analysis:
o
Prepare and submit price quotations for regular and accident parts.
o
Coordinate with the warehouse to resolve issues related to parts.

Parts Planning:
o
Update the warehouse on abnormal orders and campaigns.
o
Crosscheck parts availability and update stock transfer notes in the local dealer system.

Invoicing Collections and AR Management:
o
Process job cards and prepare invoices in the local dealer system.
o
Follow up with clients for payment collections and manage vendor billing.

Warehousing Logistics and Inventory:
o
Prepare buyback lists and conduct stock transfers as needed.
o
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.

Dispatch (Logistics):
o
Prepare waybills and dispatch documents.
o
Ensure timely delivery of parts while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:

Education: Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certification or Any Graduate B. Tech or equivalent

Experience: 25 years in the automobile manufacturing or logistics industry.
