The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with excellent timemanagement and problemsolving abilities who thrives in fastpaced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Contract review scope assessment and workforce planning;
- Financial management via budget allocation schedules of values monthly payment applications change orders proposals and quarterly reports;
- Procurement and purchasing of materials for projects monitoring site logistics and deliveries
- Supervision of Project Engineers submittals RFIs & other construction documents
- Coordination of internal kickoff meetings with Estimator Foreman and Superintendent to evaluate project challenges and strategies discuss milestones and set goals;
- Participation in preinstall and progress meetings with other Subcontractors and General Contractors as a company representative / authorized competent person
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management
- 5 years experience in project managementin construction
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
- Passion for managing teams and driving results
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Rough Carpentry & Architectural Millwork (Div 6)
- Doors and Hardware (Div 8)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
