Job Description
Job Title: J2EE Developer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Key Responsibilities:- Develop enhance and maintain enterpriselevel applications using J2EE platforms.
- Participate actively in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle).
- Implement applications leveraging J2EE Application Server focusing on authentication authorization and caching strategies.
- Design and develop responsive clientfacing applications with Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Angular or other JavaScript libraries/frameworks.
- Write clean modular and reusable code using Java J2EE HTML5 JavaScript JQuery AJAX CSS3 Bootstrap SASS Angular TypeScript and other frontend technologies.
- Optimize performance and scalability of enterpriselevel Angular applications owning the frontend stack.
- Develop selfcontained reusable and testable modules/components following TestDriven Development (TDD) practices using frameworks like Karma Jasmine and Selenium.
- Adhere to best practices for design development and deployment ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver highquality solutions.
- Utilize CI/CD methodologies to streamline the deployment of applications.
- Work on web applications targeting cloud platforms and contribute to mobile and tablet platform solutions as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in FrontEnd/UI development for enterprise applications on J2EE platforms.
- Experience participating in all SDLC phases.
- Experience implementing applications using J2EE Application Server including Authentication/Authorization and Caching strategies.
- Proficient programming skills in Java J2EE HTML5 JavaScript JQuery AJAX CSS3 Bootstrap SASS Angular TypeScript Spring Java Server Pages JSON XML ES5/ES6 NPM Maven and other UI frameworks/libraries.
- Experience developing responsive clientfacing applications with a focus on SPAs.
- Strong experience in developing optimizing and maintaining enterprise Angular applications.
- Experience in creating testable modules and components with TDD methodologies using Karma Jasmine Selenium etc.
- Demonstrable experience in applying design best practices for performance scalability and maintainability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (version 8 or later).
- Experience in Agile development methodologies (preferably Scrum).
- Experience with applications developed for Cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies.
- Handson experience with mobile and tablet platform development.
