Job Description

Job Title: Quality Control Analyst (US Citizens only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and quality tests on incoming materials inprocess products and finished goods.
  • Ensure adherence to established quality control protocols and guidelines.
  • Monitor and document production processes for compliance with standards.
  • Perform laboratory tests using analytical instruments and methodologies.
  • Interpret data from tests to evaluate product performance.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product deviations or defects.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality control checks inspections and test results.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality metrics trends and improvement recommendations.
  • Document and report nonconformities and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify quality issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Provide input on quality control standards policies and procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations quality assurance best practices and safety standards.
  • Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO FDA or other regulatory bodies.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biology Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in quality control quality assurance or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in quality testing tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g. GMP ISO 9001).
  • Problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Experience with laboratory equipment and testing techniques.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
