Job Description
Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform server administration and manage domain/DNS tasks
- Administer user/domain security and handle ITIL ticketing
- Provide critical support for TIERS systems
- Participate in 24x7 oncall rotation and weekend work as required
- Provide server and application support on a rotating schedule
- Assist with server hardware equipment replacement and upgrades
- Collaborate with Data Center Contractors and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) for maintenance and security patching activities
- Prepare written reports and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical teams
- Coordinate server maintenance activities with contractors and CSP services
- Assist with the coordination of Data Center Maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Highlevel knowledge and experience with network facilities and data processing techniques
- Proficiency with computer hardware and software network operating systems security software and performance monitoring tools
- Extensive experience using LDAP/Windows Active Directory Microsoft SQL Server HyperV and VMware
- Knowledge of administering Windows Systems (Group Policy Kerberos NTLM TCP/IP WINS DNS DHCP PXE) Linux network administration IT governance and security/privacy policies
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory LDAP and DNS
- Experience supporting Ansible SFTP/FTPS Kubernetes and opensource software
- Proven ability to identify problems analyze alternatives and implement solutions
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux systems with cloud service providers such as AWS and Azure
- Ability to handle 24x7 oncall support and rotating schedules
- Experience with server hardware equipment replacement and upgrades
- Familiarity with ITIL ticketing systems such as Remedy and ServiceNow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to plan and coordinate server maintenance activities
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise and clustered environments
- Experience managing Web Application Firewall systems (Imperva and/or AWS WAF)
