Job Description
Position Overview:
The Masker plays a crucial support role in the manufacturing process by preparing and managing parts and tools for surface treatments. This includes loading/unloading various tooling sorting and cleaning parts and ensuring all components meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload tooling and parts onto racks or fixtures for processing.
- Mask specific areas of components to protect from coatings or treatments.
- Clean and prepare parts using appropriate tools and methods.
- Sort and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or aerospace industries preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
