Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Payroll and OTL.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL and other relevant programming languages. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
Functional Skills: Strong understanding of HR Absence OTL and Payroll processes. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
