Job Description
Experience 7 years of experience in industrial projects in the domain of:
Advance manufacturing of Chemical fine chemicals specialty chemicals industrial projects
New energy businesses like EV PV and associates industrial projects.
Automotive industries pharmaceutical plants FMCG projects
Data Centre projects hyper scale and retail scale.
Excellent domain knowledge of Design of RCC Steel structure PreEngineered Building works General Civil Works.
Awareness of 3D platforms like Sp3D Revit 3D Civil 3D.
Educational qualification Masters Degree (ME/M. Tech/ MS) in Structural Engineering
Core Strengths Technical Analysis and Design of concrete and steel structures Buildings technological buildings PEB building design and PEB building design reviews.
Design of pipe racks pipe supports platforms connection design.
Hands on knowledge of detailing of RCC and Steel Structures connection details and fabrication drawings review
Design of all types of Foundations Equipment foundations liquid retaining structures
Design of flat slabs precast and prefab structures
Dynamic analysis for earthquake load wind load and machine foundation design for dynamic loads
Preparation of BOQs Tender Documents etc.
Understanding of Design basis and technical specifications for CSA works and PEB building works.
Understanding of design basis technical specifications for road pavements drainage network plumbing levelling grading etc. general Civil works
Should understand soil investigation report.
Hands on experience of Indian and International codes for the design.
Role / Job description Takes initiatives for successful delivery of services within the department and operates with minimum guidance.
Shall meet the project objectives.
Shall maintain the high standards of quality in delivery and Productivity on the Assigned project.
On time delivery as per the Project schedule of the Assigned Project
Sharing the Knowledge with team Members
Adherence to Department Work Instruction and QMs Manual
Ensure effective communications with all stakeholders.
People Skills Contributes to a culture of excellence in quality work and successful project.
Build appropriate relationships with relevant project stakeholders/ leads working Team.
Effective use of past lessons learned to improve project delivery.

Ensures Designers produce excellent work and firsttime right behavior.
Plans the work for designers and providing the inputs to project lead for resource requirements.
Software Competency Hands on: STAAD Pro ETAB RCDC SAFE Idea Statica RAM Connections
Shall be aware of 3D platforms like Sp3D Civil 3D Revit and AutoCAD.
Language Competency Good English written and verbal skills & ability to interact / coordinate.
