Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Sr. UX/UI Product Designer to join our team. In this role you will help design the web application our customers use to collaborate on creative tasks from creative briefs to design reviews. The tools we are building for these tasks have been thought through from the ground up automating the boring parts with AI. As a member of our product & design team you ll lead the way in creating and validating the UX for the future of design work.
Responsibilities:
- Design unique AIpowered features: We are building tools that were not even possible until recently and they are blowing customers minds.
- Customer obsession: Because part of business is to connect enterprises to creatives we have a strong network of creatives and other stakeholders who we frequently consult to inform our product decisions and get feedback on our designs.
- Impact: This is a critical role as we build a new product with the potential to change how creatives and marketers work.
Requirements
- Has at least 7 years of UX design experience including at least 2 years on enterprise software.
- Is comfortable working in Figma.
- Has excellent organizational skills that extend to your Figma files and layers.
- Grounds their design decisions in user research and our strategic priorities.
- Is thorough in their work internally motivated and excited about our mission.
- Experience for 2 years at a VCbacked (or successful) earlystage ideally fastgrowing startup company.
