Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare processes systems and compliance standards coupled with exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills. This role is exclusively for W2 candidates looking to contribute to transformative projects in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed business process models workflows and use cases specific to the healthcare domain.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Evaluate current healthcare systems and propose enhancements to optimize operations and improve patient outcomes.
Ensure project deliverables comply with healthcare regulations including HIPAA HITECH and other industry standards.
Assist in the development and execution of test cases ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Provide postimplementation support and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on the healthcare domain.
Indepth knowledge of healthcare processes systems and standards including EHR/EMR systems claims processing and providerpayer workflows.
Proficiency in requirement gathering business process modeling and workflow documentation.
Strong familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA HITECH etc.).
Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA Confluence MS Visio or similar.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with healthcare analytics and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of valuebased care models and population health management.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
