Hiring Graduate freshers for international customer support role in a leading MNC Bengaluru location Salary 3.50 lpa.
0 to 11 months experience candidates can apply.
Process ExecutiveVoice
Were looking for detailoriented and customerfocused individuals to work in our International Travel Process team. As a Process Executive youll assist customers with their international travelrelated queries provide travel information and resolve issues.
1. Handle customer inquiries related to international travel via phone
2. Provide travel information including flight schedules visa requirements and travel restrictions.
3. Assist customers with booking flights hotels and rental cars.
4. Resolve customer complaints and issues related to international travel.
5. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
Skills Required:
Minimum qualification Graduate in any discipline
0 11months of work experience in Voice. Preferable voice exp.
Excellent communication skills and strong command over English language.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Willing to work in a shift based work schedule.
Excellent Analytical ability Logical approach towards problem solving
