Who are we IPS is an international company with inhouse Engineering and specialized services across Project Management for industries Automation and Architecture. EPCM expertise more than 10 countries around the globe but an entrepreneurial and teambuilding mindset.
Now we are looking for an intern for Finance department in our office in Nivelles.
We are looking for a minded intern who has organizational skills is resultoriented to join our Accounting and Finance team in Nivelles who is willing to work in a dynamic and international environment.
What is the role About
- Providing support in daytoday finance administration to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Assisting in the monthend process ensuring accurate accounting records are maintained by completion of key account reconciliations for our legal entities
- Assisting the group finance team with both local and group audits
- Assisting in development of a reporting and budget template
- Control purchase/orders in the system with traceability organization and processing of the subcontracting payments; Update and follow up invoice/PO delivery.
- Follow up and analysis of the profitability of the projects (EPT) and implementation of control processes.
Working collaboratively with the wider finance team on nonbusiness as usual project work.
Requirements
- Fluent in French with a good command of English a minimum level of B2
- Relevant education is mandatory: Accounting
- Familiar with finance and/or accounting notions.
- Comfortable with numbers and financial analyses and proficient with Excel.
- An innovative thinker who can think outside the box.
- Both analytical and synthetical.

Education
