Job Description
This is a remote position.
Our Client a fresh produce distributor is seeking an SAP Support Analyst / Functional Consultant to provide SAP Support for business users needing support and guidance and acting as the primary point of contact for all SAPrelated user queries.
The selected candidate for this role will be supporting the EST Timezone.
Job requirements:
- Act as the first point of contact for business users needing support or guidance
- Troubleshoot by meeting with functional and crossfunctional users to analyze issues in depth proposing and determining possible solutions
- Develop specifications considering all dependencies and proceed with configuration or coordinate with the technical team for necessary configurations
- Schedule and execute unit tests guide business users through integration tests and document results
- Monitor functionality and corrections once in production
- Prepare standard systems documentation and user operating procedures supporting personnel training as needed
- Effectively communicate expectations and status updates to team members and partners in a timely and clear manner
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge and handson configuration expertise with SAP ECC 6 or S/4 in MM SD PP and FICO modules
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting SAP solutions
- Proven ability to work with remote teams across different time zones
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
