Other Info:

CVs need to have month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for.

Chart closure within 72 hrs.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

BLS

DEA

Immunizations such as Flu Vaccine TB Status/XRay (results must be within 90 days before start date) Positive MMR Titer/Complete Immunization Series etc.
