Greet patients and gather medical information.
Give physical exams to make correct diagnoses.
Work with Physicians and Nurses to prescribe and administer medications.
Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment.
Instruct patients and their families about best practices at home.
Document and update patient records.
Refer patients to specialists or order laboratory tests as needed.
We offer a full spectrum of primary care services to our patients (ages 16 to 99) with access to an onsite phlebotomist and the option of virtual visits.

Qualifications :
Knowledge of the professional medical practice and care to give and evaluate patient care.
Knowledge of organizations policies regulations and procedures to administer patient care.
Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care.
Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment
Skilled in applying and modifying the principles methods and techniques of medicine to provide ongoing patient care.
Skilled in taking medical history assessing medical conditions and interpreting finds skilled in preparing and maintain records writing reports and responding to correspondence.
Skilled in developing and maintaining department quality assurance.
Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients medical staff and the public.
Ability to maintain quality control standards.
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situation.
Ability to interpret adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
Ability to communicate clearly.
3 years of primary care experience required.
Must love building relationships with patients value bedside manners and possess excellent clinical skills.
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
State licensure and board certification are required.
The salary range for this role is competitive ranging from $100k$150k Annual. Final compensation will be based on a comprehensive assessment of your qualifications including years of experience educational background and location.
