The ideal Microelectronics Assembler has prior experience in the electronic manufacturing industry and is able to perform mechanical processes on multiple types of assemblies and electronic components.
Responsibilities:
- Performs assembly operations using a variety of hand tools and equipment
- Perform manual die bonding automatic wire bonding and sealing in a cleanroom
- Performs operations on small parts using various machines or seam welding
- Perform assembly operations using written instructions and drawings
- Set up work as required
- Follow work instructions for specific operations
- Perform required work steps within a specific cycle time
- Able to perform quality inspections following quality specifications
Requirements
- One to two years of electronic assembly and electronics manufacturing.
- Microelectronic experience is highly desired
- Focus and ability to work in a fastpaced team environment with attention to quality protocols
- HSD/GED
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Good eyetohand coordination
- Able to work through a glove box for welding
- Ability to work overtime
- Experience working with microscopes
