Coordinate with subcontractors for various site activities including finishing HVAC and MEP.
Ensure subcontractors adhere to timelines quality standards and safety protocols.
Negotiate contracts and track payment schedules.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
5 years experience in handling subcontractors on large projects.
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in site management. Strong knowledge of construction standards and safety regulations.
