Job Description
We re seeking a detailoriented and proactive Admin Assistant / Personal Assistant / Marketing Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting our Director of Marketing as we rebuild our marketing team from the ground up. This position offers a unique blend of administrative expertise and marketing exposure ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a healthcareadjacent field. You ll be at the heart of our operations managing critical administrative tasks while also contributing to basic marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for an organized selfstarter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited about the prospect of helping shape a growing marketing function in the dental services industry.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead file management and organization ensuring impeccable quality assurance for all internal documents
- Orchestrate internal communications acting as a key liaison for email coordination across departments
- Take charge of updating and optimizing Google Business Profiles for multiple dental practices enhancing our online presence
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing department including calendar management and research tasks
- Create and maintain detailed documentation to support marketing initiatives and streamline processes
- Assist in quality control measures for marketing materials and internal communications
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketingrelated administrative processes
- Support the Director of Marketing in various tasks to facilitate the growth and efficiency of the marketing team
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite with the ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts particularly Google Business Profile management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to craft clear and concise messages
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Experience in healthcare or serviceoriented industries is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Proactive problemsolving skills and a positive attitude towards learning new tasks and processes
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with the ability to maintain productivity and communication
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as the marketing team grows
