What Youll Do
As a PartTime Program Coordinator at Sozoroad you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of multiple projects across various teams. Your coordination and organizational skills will be key to ensuring projects run smoothly and are delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of projects from inception to completion to meet organizational goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to track project progress timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure consistent communication between team members clients and stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate meetings prepare agendas and document meeting minutes.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive project documentation including contracts reports and correspondence.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and issues and work towards timely resolutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the project teams in the use of project management tools and software to manage schedules and resources effectively.
- Act as a point of contact for program stakeholders addressing queries and providing updates as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute to process improvements.

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A bachelor s degree in Business Project Management or a related field is preferred but not required. Prior experience in program coordination or a related role is preferred but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is also valued.
- Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.
- Proficiency in program and project management tools such as Asana Trello or MS Project.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with program management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) is a plus.
- Experience in budget tracking and financial management related to programs.
- A detailoriented mindset with a focus on maintaining highquality program outcomes.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues effectively as they arise.
