Job Description: Divisional Sales Manager
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1.Business Growth:
o Develop and implement strategies to increase sales from existing customers.
o Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling within the current client base.
o Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed to achieve growth targets.
2.Client Relationship Management:
o Foster strong enduring relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty.
o Conduct regular checkins and feedback sessions to understand client needs and concerns.
oEstablish a customercentric culture focused on delivering exceptional service.
3.Customer Retention and Reengagement:
o Analyze data to identify lost or inactive clients and develop targeted reengagement strategies.
o Create initiatives to win back lost customers including personalized outreach and tailored offers.
o Implement loyalty programs to incentivize repeat purchases and strengthen customer relationships.
4.Sales Team Leadership:
o Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
o Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team s sales skills and product knowledge.
oFoster a collaborative and motivating team environment focused on achieving business objectives.
5.Performance Analysis:
o Track sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
o Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management highlighting achievements and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
Master s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management particularly with a focus on existing clientele.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and retention strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
