Job Description
HealthSmart Pro is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a perdiem basis. As a CNA you will provide essential care and support to patients ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. This is a 3 month contract working in Huntsville TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing dressing and grooming.
- Take and record vital signs such as temperature blood pressure and pulse.
- Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining their dignity.
- Assist with mobility and transportation of patients as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient care areas.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in ALL of the following:
LongTerm Acute Care (LTAC)
Skilled Nursing Facility Care
Valid Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
CNA License BLS from AHA 2 year exp as a CNA
Education
CNA License HS Diploma
