Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with AS 9100 and other applicable standards.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest product and service standards.
- Manage and maintain laboratory operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits to identify nonconformances and drive corrective actions.
- Provide strategic leadership for quality assurance activities including policy formulation and compliance monitoring.
- Train and mentor the quality team to enhance skills and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality challenges and implement process improvements.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to senior management.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AS 9100 standards and QMS development.
- Proven experience in internal audits and quality control processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Certification in quality standards (e.g. Lead Auditor for AS 9100) is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
