Description: Banner Digital business team needs one onshore Technical BA/PO for their Notifications products.
Required:
- Twilio experience is mandatory.
- Should have experience developing new products maintain investigate issues be the 1st line of defense to investigate issues query databases for troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Twilio Salesforce Azure CosmosDB. Should be able to run queries in CosmosDB and troubleshoot using Twilio
- Experience developing new customer facing products from scratch understanding of complex integrations
- Must be Proactive efficient and organized. The BA will support 3 teams
