We are seeking a detailoriented and collaborative T&C Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the daily work experience of our employees through training and coordination initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of training programs for employees across various departments
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources
- Organize and schedule training sessions workshops and seminars
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs
- Manage the companys learning management system and track employee training progress
- Coordinate with external training providers and consultants as needed
- Support the organization and execution of employee engagement activities
- Assist in the management of companyprovided amenities such as employee cafeteria uniforms and lockers
- Coordinate with partnered clinics to organize and implement regular health checkups for employees
- Support the operation of the Safety and Health Committee
- Assist with other HR functions as needed including recruitment payroll and performance management
- Maintain accurate records of training activities attendance and certifications
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in HR preferably in a training and development role
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fastpaced multicultural environment
- Knowledge of training and development best practices and adult learning principles
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Experience with learning management systems and elearning platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations is a plus
- Health and Safety Officer certification or willingness to obtain one is desirable
