Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and collaborative T&C Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the daily work experience of our employees through training and coordination initiatives.

  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of training programs for employees across various departments
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources
  • Organize and schedule training sessions workshops and seminars
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs
  • Manage the companys learning management system and track employee training progress
  • Coordinate with external training providers and consultants as needed
  • Support the organization and execution of employee engagement activities
  • Assist in the management of companyprovided amenities such as employee cafeteria uniforms and lockers
  • Coordinate with partnered clinics to organize and implement regular health checkups for employees
  • Support the operation of the Safety and Health Committee
  • Assist with other HR functions as needed including recruitment payroll and performance management
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities attendance and certifications

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in HR preferably in a training and development role
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fastpaced multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of training and development best practices and adult learning principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Experience with learning management systems and elearning platforms is preferred
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Health and Safety Officer certification or willingness to obtain one is desirable
