Job Purpose
Provide consistent housekeeping service to guest rooms public areas and facilities meeting the hotels standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned areas according to hotel standards and procedures
- Attend daily briefings and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Replenish guest supplies and promptly attend to guest requests
- Report damages malfunctions or unusual activities to the Supervisor
- Maintain accurate room status records and productivity reports
- Handle guest complaints tactfully and ensure timely resolution
- Perform valet services as required (e.g. linen delivery laundry processing)
- Adhere to fire safety and emergency procedures
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions

Qualifications :
- Primary school education
- Good oral proficiency in English language
