Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Technician Maintenance (Lift & Elevator):
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works in accordance to the schedule
- Carry out corrective maintenance works as when required
- Observe safety work procedures
- Ensure proper keeping and use of tools
- Observe proper work behaviour while working
- Perform standby works when required
- Followup on breakdown report and assist Standby Section where required
- Report to the superiors on all matters relating to team
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior
- Keep proper records of of works carried out in the relevant reports
- Attend to the building or equipment inspections as required by law (BCD FSB)
- Assist in conducting and investigating of damages/accidents to equipment or personnel
- Follow up on QC and QA defects.
- Ensure compliance to Environmental policy reduction of waste and prevention of pollution
Job Requirements
- Min Nitec/ Diploma in any related engineering field
- Min 1 years of relevant working experience
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2500 AWS VB
- Working Location: West
