Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Business Coordinator Executive (Japanese Speaking):
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the transfer of projects from Japan headquarters to the ASEAN region.
- Perform demand planning based on customer requirements and forecasts.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth delivery coordination.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on actual and forecasted figures to suppliers and Japan HQ.
- Develop a solid understanding of customer products and supply chain processes.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Management Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service purchasing or material planning preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detailoriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese is required for effective coordination with Japan HQ.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5000 AWS VB (Around 2 months)
- Working Location: North East
