Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Customer Support Executive:
Job Descriptions:
- Support service parts inventory management.
- Maintain a balanced inventory aligned with service requirements and targets.
- Assist with inventory forecasting and ordering.
- Ensure timely stockup of parts for new models based on recommendations from the technical team.
- Update and maintain spare parts pricing.
- Process orders from parts distributors.
- Provide support to the technical team and service partners on spare partsrelated matters including processing spare parts warranty claims and providing weekly ETA updates on spare parts shortages.
- Handle the processing of returned defective parts and main units.
- Oversee Demo unit movement operations ensuring quarterly writeoff and disposal exercises are completed and conduct stock checks for demo units.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in supply chain management logistics business administration or a related field.
- Min 12 years of relevant working experiences.
- Preferably experienced in parts management and forecasting particularly with small item SKUs.
- Organized and detailoriented when managing large datasets.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4200 AWS VB (23 Months)
