Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for an Assistant Electrical Design Engineer:
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare material requisition lists based on project needs.
- Plan and design electrical switchboards control consoles and panels according to customer requirements and industry standards.
- Create approval drawings shop drawings final documentation short circuit calculations and instruction manuals for submission to clients and production teams.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants on technical specifications and participate in discussions when necessary.
- Provide feedback to the Sales & Marketing Department on any changes in technical requirements that could impact costs or timelines.
- Review and follow up on design and shop drawings with the production teams.
- Continuously develop and improve designs for electrical switchboards control consoles and panels ensuring quality adherence to standards and costeffectiveness.
- Offer technical support and advice to the Sales & Marketing Department to assist in securing contracts.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
- Follow established procedures for design control documentation management and quality assurance in line with the Quality Management System.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3500 AWS VB (2 3 Months)
- Working Location: Tuas
