Job Description
Our esteemed client a globally recognized MNC is searching for a Regional Executive (Supply Chain Management):
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze demand trends to ensure accurate supply planning.
- Plan schedule and facilitate inventory/forecast meetings with project managers.
- Prepare and submit accurate forecast data and maintain procurement systems.
- Set limits and approve forecasts while monitoring slowmoving inventory to meet targets.
- Plan ahead to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Establish and track inventory levels across product categories for both immediate and longterm needs.
- Monitor Days of Supply (DOS) and forecast accuracy to align with targets.
- Synchronize supply chain activities to support Singapore and regional offices.
- Integrate processes across stakeholders for visibility into customer demand supply forecasts production schedules and materials in transit.
- Process procurement data manage purchase orders and maintain product pricing in SAP systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address missing prices coordinate price revisions and manage price approvals/releases.
- Perform SAP transactions and manage weekly shipping and delivery schedules.
- Manage stock allocation for forecasted and additional requests as well as excess stock for sales companies.
- Conduct weekly stock allocation and respond promptly to stockrelated inquiries or requests.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management preferably within the hightech industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain functional areas including supply planning demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and business intelligence tools like Power BI Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4600 AWS VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Labrador Park
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
